To order carbonless forms on our online store. You can either upload your artwork ready file during the order placement, input the text in boxes provided to match a selected template, or you can place yor order checking the option that allow you to file our easy to order pdf form which you will fax to us after checkout with your draft showing the order number that you will receive at checkout.
What this means is that if you do not have a computer file or you do not want to just type the letters of your form on the boxes provide because you want a complete own design of the entire document, we are going to give you a form that you will print on your printer. Then, you lay out your form, writing the order number that you received when you checked out from the shopping cart.
When you are ready, fax us that form to the fax number on top of it and we start processing your job.
Remember, that complex design in a low order may add designing cost to your order. This option also needs a little more time for designing. Therefore we will not start printing your job until you approve the final art.
You can not make changes to the transaction on this form. Therefore, before placing your order be sure about quantity, delivery address, payment method .
